International Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an International Sales Coordinator to join our #Squad in Grenchen. You will be in charge of supporting sales, from ensuring order completion to ensuring high customer satisfaction continuously.
Your responsibilities:
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction
- Handling and follow up of the sales portfolio by market
- Administrative handling of all the requests coming from the markets
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Daily contacts with external and internal departments
- Handling of credit notes, buy backs, special orders, wish-lists, exchange offers on a daily business
- Provide clear and synthetic information to management
- Manage the sale to employees, VIP & suppliers process
- Handle the back office for employees “Montres au porté”
- Handling of the alternative distribution portfolio
Your profile:
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- You have knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution
- You pay attention to detail and are result-driven
- You are a team-player
- You speak fluently French, English and German. Any other language would be an asset
