Hey there! Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of telecommunications and make a real impact? We're looking for a rockstar intern to join our dynamic team at Swiss Telecom's direct retail unit.
- Data Alignment: Gather and organize data from various sources to ensure consistency and accuracy in our records
- Attrition Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of early attrition trends to identify key patterns and underlying causes
- Survey Management: Design and distribute surveys to gather insights from employees and customers about their experiences
- Action Plan Development: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative strategies to reduce attrition
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of implemented actions and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results
- Reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports to communicate findings and progress to the senior management team
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support in attrition reduction efforts
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative solutions
- Meticulous in ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in German and English
