- Push the Boundaries of Design: Conceive outstanding and bespoke VVIP interior design proposals, driving the creative process, collaborating with sales executives, engineers, and designers
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary interface with customers and their representatives, guiding them through the design process and ensuring their vision is perfectly realized
- Project Excellence: Manage all design elements of the specification, from initial terms and conditions to final approvals, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Technical Expertise: Provide aesthetic and technical guidance to sales representatives, customers, suppliers, engineering and production, resolving any design-related challenges with ease
- Team Coordination: Act as the interdisciplinary design focal point, coordinating efforts across sales, program management, production, procurement, and engineering to achieve seamless project execution

- University degree in a related field and some work experience
- ??Exceptional eye for detail, with a profound understanding of esthetics, color, and spatial awareness
- Proven track record in managing projects to successful completion, demonstrating strong organizational and budget management skills
- Advanced knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software, with a solid base in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Blender 3D
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design concepts to clients and team members alike
- Curious, lateral thinker with genuine interest in design trends, materials, and finishes
- Creative personality with excellent skills for upfront concepts
