In this dynamic and multifaceted role, you serve as a value-added partner by guiding internal stakeholders through the purchasing process, thereby enhancing the business's overall value.

Your Opportunities:

• Execution of operational and strategic procurement activities for spend volume 30M
• Management of multiple regions
• Partner and consult closely with internal stakeholders
• Conduct negotiations proficiently in English and German
• Manage supplier relationships effectively
• Assist the Head of Indirect Procurement as required
• Work independently on assigned projects and tasks
• Provide support for projects and manage contracts
• Monitor and report on the results and performance of Indirect Procurement activities

Who you are:

• Academic background in business administration or equivalent demonstrated by 3-5 years of experience in Procurement Management within a relevant industry, technical flair or background is an advantage
• Profound knowledge of procurement processes
• Strong negotiation skills in both English and German are essential, Spanish would be an advantage
• Fluent proficiency in both English and German, Spanish would be an advantage
• Results-oriented with a dedicated work style and persistent in achieving objectives
• Strong analytical abilities and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, common Procurement systems (preferably Coupa), and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Ability to influence and establish successful working relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
