Summary
The IAM OPS Engineer – will be focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM) safeguarding the organization's critical systems by ensuring secure access for privileged users. They are responsible to maintain and optimize the company’s PAM solution, manage user lifecycles and access requests, and troubleshoot any PAM-related security issues. This role plays a vital part in upholding compliance and minimizing the risk of unauthorized access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the user lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access requests.
- Design and implement access controls to enforce the principle of least privilege.
- Monitor user activity to detect and prevent suspicious or unauthorized access attempts.
- Maintain the health and security of IAM systems by patching vulnerabilities and performing upgrades.
- Collaborate with security and application teams to ensure IAM solutions integrate seamlessly with other systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies to ensure compliance with security regulations.
Qualifications:
- Level of experience: Advanced 5-10 years in Privileged Access Management
- Experience with industry PAM tools such as CyberArk, Delinea
- Experience with IAM solutions and concepts (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, SailPoint)
- Strong understanding of access control principles and best practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced IT environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
