About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Hydraulic Engineer to join our growing Water team in Martigny or Sierre, Switzerland. As a project manager, you will lead wastewater (WWTP) and drinking water infrastructure projects from conception to completion. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to manage diverse mandates, ranging from network planning to construction execution.
You will impact:
- Lead and manage projects in wastewater treatment, water evacuation, and drinking water infrastructure.
- Collaborate effectively within the Water team and with company management.
- Oversee projects across the Chablais Vaudois/Bas-Valais and Valais region.
- Ensure adherence to quality systems while delivering projects.
You are able to bring:
- An EPF or HES engineering degree in environment, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- 8-10 years of experience in an engineering consultancy.
- A strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and a meticulous work ethic.
- Expertise in the wastewater sector with a willingness to learn about drinking water or vice versa.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, customer relations experience, and proficiency in hydraulics and water treatment.
- Experience with tender procedures, permit applications, and site management (a plus).
- Familiarity with SIT and/or CAD/BIM tools (a plus).
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to environmental sustainability.
