In this challenging position you lead a team of 12 engineers and 2 apprentices and act as sparring partner with the Head IT Infrastructure Competence Center to shape the future IT strategy in systems and network engineering.

• Responsible for the personnel, professional and organizational lead of the systems & network engineering team over two locations Winterthur (CH) and Brno (CZ)
• Ensure the implementation and operation of IT infrastructure core services like data center, server, storage, network, firewall, Active Directory, Antivirus, Backup etc. in accordance with the Groups IT’s overall strategy, standards, policies and procedures
• Managing IT risks in the area of responsibility and defining measures to prevent IT failures and losses
• Implementation and delivery of IT solutions according to business needs and IT strategy to meet customer expectations
• Follow the project standards and manage projects through the initiation, planning, execution and completion phases
• Participation in designing and implementing the cyber security strategy

• Higher degree in Information Technology
• Several years of experience in leading teams of 8 people and more across different locations
• Excellent understanding of systems and network engineering technologies
• Experience in leading infrastructure projects
• Profound Knowledge of IT security functions
• Sound experience in setting up SLA’s
• Good communication skills in English and German
