In our quest to revolutionize the world’s infrastructure, we’re seeking a Head of Partner Marketing for our SI S Marketing area within the SI Buildings Business Unit

The Role
As a Head of Partner Marketing for Smart Infrastructure Buildings Marketing, you will lead a team of Marketers and be accountable for building out and executing on our Partner Marketing strategy and execution across our portfolio in line with business objectives. Actionable content will be at the core of this team’s deliverables as well as creativity in finding new ways in leveraging and growing our partner network
You will collaborate with a large number of stakeholders across countries, tech units and other functions within and beyond the SI Buildings organization. In this role you will report to the Head of Marketing, Smart Infrastructure Buildings
Your new responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans, value propositions, and actionable content for our partner ecosystem across the entire portfolio based on the type of partner
- Ensure the Partner Marketing team outputs are tangible, measurable and have business impact and are in sync with the strategy set by the Partner Management function
- Create storylines for events and campaigns, closely collaborate with Communications team
- Define market intelligence needs, collaborate with Strategic Marketing and Strategy and use insights& data analysis to inform partner marketing strategy
- Identify business opportunities with business counterparts and routes to market and translate into G2Market strategy and activities by type of partner
- Identify co-funding opportunities within partner network
- Develop content for Partner enablement
- Leverage Siemens Xcelerator to the max in all partners engaging activities incl. Siemens Xcelerator value prop for partner ecosystem
- Act as a liaison with Partner Management, Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), Local Customer Branches (LCBs), Technical Units (TUs) and Communications (CM)
Your talents and experience
- Degree in marketing, engineering, computer science, business administration, or a comparable discipline, MBA is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in B2B Technology Sales and Marketing Business
- Strong stakeholder management & people management skills
- Working experience in multiple functions in a Siemens Business Unit desired
- Experience in managing budgets and negotiating services with vendors
- Experience developing and executing successful G2M plans in markets and industries that are applicable to Siemens Smart Infrastructure highly preferred
- Proven track record of working across various Business Units and technology portfolios and with corporate teams on complex, transformational projects
- Experience working with and/or partners
- A high degree of self-motivation and creativity, in order to brainstorm and adopt new concepts quickly
- Strategic and out-of-the-box thinking, paired with an entrepreneurial and a self-starter mindset
- Strong communication skills and process oriented
- Fluent in English and be able to explain complex topics in an interactive way. Fluent German is a plus. Additional European languages are welcome
