Head of IBP / CMO Strategy and Systems

For our location in Zürich or St. Gallen, we are looking for a Head of IBP / CMO Strategy and Systems to join us. In this role, you are reporting directly to the Head of Global Supply Chain CSL Vifor. 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:

• Support the CMO Management governance process for CSL Vifor across the entire life cycle of the relationship with CMO/CDMO in collaboration with other functions
• Lead Integrated Business Planning process monthly cycle to drive cross functional leadership collaboration, alignment and improved priority setting with an action plan to add business value for all functions involved
• Own improvement of planning tools and enhanced user experience and user capability across demand and supply planning
• Be voice of CSL Vifor for planning and delivery for ERP improvement, integration, and standardization across CSL
• Support and make visible CSL Vifor network strategy, change proposals, volume allocations and strategic sourcing plans and decisions based on demand and network capabilities
• Drive changes in the network design by proposing additional sources and/or investments
• Drive volume allocation decision to balance optimally between costs, risk and supply security
• Ensure excellent coordination and collaboration with stakeholders (e.g. Commercial, Customer Operations, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finances, CMO Management, Procurement)

For this position, we are looking for the following profile:

• University degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management
• Experience in leading/motivating a cross-functional team in a matrix organization
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum 5 years overall experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industry
• Proven track record in 3rd party management, CMO management or key account management
• Strong understanding of GMP & other relevant regulations
• Fluent in English (written and verbally)

The workplace can either be Zürich or St. Gallen.
