We are seeking a dynamic leader to take full ownership of our Group's Quality and Integrated Management Systems. In this key role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and shape a culture of accountability and quality across all divisions.
Take full responsibility for the Group's Quality and Integrated Management Systems, Ensuring the highest quality standards
Collaborate across divisions to integrate and uphold Quality principles seamlessly
Foster a culture of Quality and accountability, promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence
Lead initiatives to enhance customer value, improve processes, and maintain industry certifications
Oversee audits, inspections, and certifications to guarantee compliance with regulations and standards
Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, create reports to monitor progress, and implement strategic improvements
Degree in a relevant field like Engineering or Quality Management
Certification as a Lead Auditor in Quality; Environmental, Health, and Safety is a plus
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Extensive experience in Quality Management within a global or multinational environment.
Deep expertise in applying and executing Quality concepts and tools
A collaborative team player who actively supports and motivates others to achieve their goals
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
