Head of Delivery
Ärztekasse Genossenschaft provides business process outsourcing and eHealth solutions to health professionals so they get relief from administration and can focus on medical work.
In the context of the ongoing innovation initiatives, Ärztekasse is renewing and extending the product portfolio. To implement our products, we are looking for an experienced engineering manager to steer and deliver solid, maintainable products for a meaningful industry.

Duration: Permanent contract
Location: Urdorf or Geneva
- Delivery responsibility for the releases
- Plan the timelines for the different business component teams to the product release
- Align the different component teams in regard of timeline and content. This contains staffing the teams with internal and external engineers
- Ensure the utilization of technical common components, concepts, patterns, templates based on the blueprint
- Close collaboration with Requirements Engineers, Architects, and other Software Engineers
- Coordination of development effort estimations for Use Cases
- Strong and proven development experience and leadership (5 years)
- Love to interact and communicate with engineers
- Code design affinity. Familiarity with key architecture and design principles
- At least 7 years development experience with Java 8 , C#, Spring Boot, REST
- Kubernetes know-how is a plus
- English is required, German or French is a plus
