Position Overview:
Reporting into the SEA MedTech Managing Director, the role will work across commercial & functional teams to define strategies, align on key priorities and be responsible for developing a commercial excellence strategy which will shape decisions and drive organizational operating performance to enhance company competitiveness and growth. The role will be expected to shape strategic decisions based on insights through forecasting and supporting primary and secondary market research across SEA markets in support of MedTech business. The role will require a high degree of business acumen and understanding, ability to collaborate within a matrix organization and strong people management and influencing skills.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall commercial excellence strategy for SouthEast AsiaMedTech, aligning it with the company's business objectives and growth targets.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and operational efficiencies for the SouthEast Asia market.
- Lead the development and implementation of corporate strategy initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic planning, market analysis, and business development efforts for the region.
- Drive strategic insights and analytics for the cluster, through analyzing and interpreting data, generating actionable insights to senior management.
- Drive commercial effectiveness through the development of sales planning, forecasting, and market segmentation strategies and lead governance on pricing & contract management for SEA
- Effectively lead the Commercial Excellence organization to enhance their skills and competencies.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights to identify business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externally to drive strategic partnerships, customer-centric strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
