As Business Process Analyst you'll play a critical role in analysing, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Job description
- Strategic Leadership: Guide the organization's business excellence strategies, develop the Business Excellence function, and oversee a global team.
- Business Process Management: Own and govern process models, lead the BPM team, and implement best practices and innovations.
- Agile Transformation: Propel the organization's agile journey, design approaches for efficiency and effectiveness, and own the methodology.
- Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Drive improvement of the Continuous Improvement Program, align CIP with Lean Management and Cost Saving initiatives.
- Auditing: Ensure compliance through rigorous audit processes.
- Business Continuity Management: Develop strategies to safeguard operations against disruptions.
- Change Management: Develop the role of Change Management and establish change management practices.
- Managing global interdisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
- Networking with other companies and industries to identify best practices and benchmarks.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Strategic thinker with experience in large-scale change and transformations.
- Fluency in English, German is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a business excellence or transformation office.
