Global Service Product Manager (M/W)
We are currently hiring for an exciting position at our site in Dierikon
  • Overall responsibility for Sales and profitability of the Komax Group Service Business with focus on Service product sales and efficiency (margin) in the operations in the countries.
  • Responsible as a Product Manager for maintaining and developing part of the todays and new Service offerings covering all Komax brands, standardized globally.
  • Tailored to the pain points and need of the main 3 Market-segments Automotive, Industrial & Infrastructure and Aerospace & Railway and considering the special needs and opportunities of the big key accounts.
  • Responsible for the roadmap covering all aspects of a Service Product release like Pricing models, Sales tactics, Marketing, Training, Processes and Systems, etc.
  • Full Sales Force Sales (SF) integration from leads to order, followed by all the SF Fulfillment modules like "Field Management" and "Service" to ensure professional system support for the countries.
  • The efficient execution and the management and support of our workforce is key and leading projects improving the today's situation in the area is an additional responsibility. (e.g. improving billable hours vs non billable hours, automation of hours collection, lead generation with a 360 degree status report etc.)
  • Responsible for the definition and execution of KPIs and a regular reporting of all relevant information we need on all levels to steer the business.
  • Working in close collaboration with the technology experts from all Komax brands and country organization understanding the markets and the cultural differences.
  • Based on a roadmap defined for each region ensures that all Customer facing people understand and sell the Service Products
  • Cooperate closely with IT Department, the digital development team and other stakeholders

Your profile
  • Know-how in Product and Project Management ideally in the Service Business and in a industrial environment (deep understanding of the Komax Business is not needed)
  • Engineering with advanced training / experience in business administration and IT
  • Service Mind set and excellent Business understanding
  • Structured and analytical working
  • Conceptually strong with a focus on execution and pragmatism
  • Fluent English, preferably German
  • Teamplayer in a cross functional network
  • Communication & presentation skills on management level
  • Convincing, winning personality
  • High level of self-initiative/ self-motivation
  • Willingness to travel globally (10 max 20%)
