Job description

Reporting to Head of Performance & Paid Marketing, the Global Paid Media Leader is responsible for the global digital Paid Media planning and leading the digital campaigns: from the briefing to the execution and performance optimization.

The Global Paid Media Leader will collaborate with internal and external teams as well as all markets to coordinate digital paid media campaigns and regular reports and audits about the trends and results achieved.

The Global Paid Media Leader should ensure effective online advertising (Paid Social Media, Display, Programmatic, Search) to reach the sales and performance KPI's.

Overall responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a global digital paid media strategy in order to meet the KPI's and optimize the budget spend across multiple channels to maximize efficiency
  2. Plan the Digital Paid Media Campaigns (Social Media, Display, Programmatic, Re-marketing, Shopping and Paid Search) at international level for local and global activations across multiple channels
  3. Manage global advertising agency and lead the operational execution of campaign production (creative briefs, deployment, tracking, optimization & reporting), making sure all campaigns launch on time across all channels
  4. Define the adv call to action, messaging and creative approach for paid media
  5. Actively own the trafficking process with external partners and internal teams to ensure maximum coordination within the Rado digital ecosystem.
  6. Troubleshooting any campaign issues with technical team or any platform customer service
  7. Track, monitor and optimize performance of the Digital Media Campaigns against key KPIs, benchmarks and evaluate the final results
  8. Set regular executive reviews with each local market about KPI's and Digital Campaigns results
  9. Monitor and adjust media spend budget according to the performance and communicate with key stakeholders about any variations
  10. Manage the global digital Paid Media budget, ensuring responsible spending and effective allocation of resources, in alignment with the local markets and Rado's stakeholders

Profile

  • Analytical & creative, with a strong eye for details and ability to solve problems
  • Highly organized with strong multiple project management capabilities and excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.
  • Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team
  • A positive and can-do attitude

Professional requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing preferably at a digital agency or technology platform
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic DSPs, etc.), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and MS Office
  • Understanding of the luxury industry for paid social, display, programmatic and paid search
  • Proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and marketing automation tools
  • Expertise in advanced targeting and measurement techniques (e.g., customer segmentation, multi-touch attribution, and funnel optimization)

Languages

  • Superior written and spoken English skills, any other language is an asset
