Global Marketing Director m/w/d 100%
- Drive the commercial growth of the business through effective marketing campaigns
- Conduct through market reserach and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape
- Monitor financial performance and ensure business development initiatives meet established financial targets
- Responsible for brand management in close collaboration with other teams to define product strategies and execute successful product launches
- Monitoring the performance of all activities for the marketing tech stack incl. reporting
- Managing the marketing budget and maximizing ROI
- Leadership and development of the marketing team, including all aspects of line management, especially supporting team members in their personal and professional development.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as regional heads, product management and senior management
- Bachelor's degree and six years of relevant marketing experience in the scientific B2B sector (ideally scientific instruments)
- International strategic and operational experience as a marketing leader
- At least two years of experience in managing a marketing team
- Proven project planning and execution skills, with a strong sense of project ownership and the ability to anticipate possible roadblocks and provide viable solutions
- Proven experience in setting data-driven outcomes and measuring outcomes using data
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and keep schedules and projects in order and up to speed.
- Powerful facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, particularly with individuals from diverse work cultures supporting the ability to influence and work successfully with varied audiences and executives to achieve overall objectives
- Significant CRM experience (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
- Significant marketing automation experience (ideally Kentico)
- Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage
