You care about customers? UCB does as well! As a patient-centric company, UCB is searching for the right fit for their Global Logistics Distribution team.
This contract should be for a 6 months of contract at first . Please read carefully this opening, it is slightly different of the Global Logistics Specialist position..
Your mission:
- Prepare shipping documentation for product shipments to sites, CMOs, distribution partners and (sub-)depots.;
- Organize and coordinate the shipments via globally approved couriers and carriers and in alignment with the requirements of the internal customers.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders efficiently to ensure flows are executed as per agreed process and timelines on a daily basis
- Ensure all activities performed are governed by approved procedures and/or instructions to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations
Your profile:
- Knowledge in transportation and Warehousing, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry;
- Customer focused;
- You have a commercial, logistic or sales-oriented diploma;
- You have first hand experience in a similar position;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Experience with any ERP system, SAP is a must;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Able to work independently but with strong team spirit;
- Well organized with excellent attention to detail;
- Stress resistant.
