Our client located in Valais (Switzerland) is looking for their 4-star establishment (wellness area, pool, restaurant and bar, seminar and event spaces) a:
- General Manager M/F
Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will supervise the daily operations of the establishment in line with the standards, vision, and values of the group. Maximizing commercial and financial performance, customer satisfaction, and talent engagement are integral parts of your responsibilities.
PosteMissions:
- Directly supervises all department heads reporting to them and indirectly supervises all talents in the establishment in accordance with brand policies and development programs.
- Human Resources Management
- Hospitality (Reception & Housekeeping) & F&B
- Technical Management
- Capex Management
- Accounting & financial follow-up with headquarters
- Human Resources Management
- Exemplary and inspiring, ensures the deployment and integration of service attitudes in line with brand standards.
- Builds quality relationships between all managers.
- Creates a team spirit within the establishment.
- Ensures that employee and customer safety rules and practices are implemented and respected and ensures compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Service:
- Implements and maintains quality standards of hospitality and encourages talents to exceed customer expectations.
- Ensures that all areas of the establishment maintain standards of attractiveness, comfort, and cleanliness.
- Welcomes VIPs and is familiar with all protocols for welcoming and caring for this clientele.
Competitiveness:
- Develops short, medium, and long-term financial objectives in line with the GM, brand strategy, and the establishment's budget achievement.
- Develops business - has a good financial vision, thinks about the future, and proposes strategic initiatives to the GM.
Finances:
- Maximizes the financial performance of the establishment.
- Ensures budget tracking, margin control, and cost control of all departments in the establishment.
- Participates in marketing operations, sales, and operational activities to produce results that meet and exceed the business plan of the establishment.
- Ensures compliance with legislation in terms of: evacuation, hygiene, recruitment, subcontracting, etc.
- Contributes to preserving and maximizing the asset of the establishment.

ProfilPROFILE:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Education in Hotel Management or HES/HEG - University degree in business management.
- Mastery of the wellness-related environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Creative, strategic, ability to communicate clearly and constructively.
- Demonstrates leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and relational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility, ability to achieve ambitious goals and set service standards within the establishment.
- Quality-oriented, customer experience, and team spirit.
CONDITIONS:
- Salary: To be agreed upon based on profile.
- Full-time position.
- Position may include lodging.
