Job purpose
Assist the Chief Financial Officer in the accounting, forecasting & analysis ensure accuracy and
compliance with accounting and taxes laws and regulatory requirements
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer on the forecasting and analysis to support strategic financial
planning and decision-making. - Assist with the preparation of the annual accounts and tax declaration
- Produce the monthly management financial reporting
- Perform Monthly P&L review
- Prepare specific ad-hoc reports on request
- Review and validate quarterly VAT submission
- Review monthly franchise invoices
- Review the monthly payroll as well as bonuses and commissions for our 3 countries
- Assist the CFO on all social charges, social insurances and pension fund matters
- Manage Commercial register changes
- Review and validate payment
- Collaborate with fiduciary suppliers as well with Auditors
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned (administrative/finance related)
Qualifications
Consistently exceeding targets will come naturally to you, as you will have the following behaviours.
- Completed studies in economics/accounting.
- You have already gained some professional experience as financial controller or as senior in
audit firm (3 to 5 years) - Good knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations accounting
- Experience in a similar role in Service Centre accounting is a plus
- You are a committed, proactive and team-oriented personality.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- Resilient and able to stay calm when under pressure. Excellent attention to detail, completes
all tasks. - Ability to work proactively and use your own initiative.
- Expert use of MS Excel. Experience using and building data and analysis dashboards as well as
in the use of an ERP are an asset - You must be fluent in French and English to be considered for this job, German is a plus.
