Alpes Lasers SA is a Swiss company specialized in the development and fabrication of advanced light sources in the infrared (IR) spectral range. Our company was founded in 1998 and was the first company in the world to commercialize Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCLs). These lasers are becoming increasingly important in chemical sensing applications based on IR spectroscopy and in directional infrared countermeasure (DIRCM) applications.
Our company employs a team of highly educated talented professionals from various horizons both technically and geographically.
Within the administration department you will support the CEO and the management process.
Your activities in details:
Travel arrangements and social events for the organisation;
Mail and documents archival;
Various office and amenities procurements;
Administrative process management, keeping instructions up to date, identifying risks and opportunities, planning changes and communication in agreement with the CEO.
CEO and company formal mail management;
Accounting work including bank with ERP consolidation, credit cards and invoice booking;
Your profile:
Commercial apprenticeship;
At least 3 years' experience in a similar position ;
French mother tongue with a good level of English (B2) ;
Comfortable with figures, administrative activities, and all the latest Apple computer systems and softwares such as Odoo, OpenOffice, Thunderbird and LaTex;
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities and be flexible with changing priorities;
Autonomous, methodical, highly conscientious with strong analytical skills and a highly developed sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
