How you create impact
  • Efficient Calendar & Travel Management: Organize the Executive's schedule, meetings, and travel plans, ensuring seamless coordination and prioritization of time.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Manage emails, phone calls, and draft responses, making sure the Executive stays on top of important messages while filtering out distractions.
  • Information Gathering & Meeting Prep: Research topics, prepare reports, and ensure the Executive has everything he needs for important meetings, including agendas and presentations.
  • Project Coordination: Track progress on special projects, keeping everything on schedule and providing updates on key milestones.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with care, maintaining professionalism and trust in managing confidential data and conversations.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as a key contact between the Executive and his global stakeholders, fostering positive relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving & Executive Support: Anticipate challenges, resolve issues independently when possible, and provide general administrative support to ensure the Executive's office runs smoothly.

Do you want to keep learning and deepen your expertise in the field of international business?

If you also have the following experience, you are more than ready for your new challenge:

  • You have experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting C-level executives.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, whether it's written or spoken, and can interact with people at all levels.
  • You're skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
  • You're highly organized and can manage your time well, handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You know how to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • You're fluent in both English and German, spoken and written.
