Equipment Manager (m/w/d)
For one of our clients, an international company in Rotkreuz, we are looking for an Equipment Manager to expand the capacities and ensure the efficiency and reliability of their devices.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Inventory management: Support in managing equipment inventory in the R&D area.
- Maintenance: Regular inspection, coordination of device repairs.
- Supplier management: Participation in the development and maintenance of supplier relationships.
- Documentation: Keeping detailed records of equipment.
- Risk management: Support in minimizing risks associated with the use of equipment.
- Innovation and improvement: Submitting suggestions for process improvements in the R&D area.
- Qualifications: Carrying out mandatory qualifications, e.g. for refrigerators.
Must-Haves:
- Education in a laboratory-related area or comparable
- Initial professional R&D experience in the diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Preferably basic knowledge of equipment management
- Ideally experience with equipment management software and laboratory information systems (e.g. SAP)
- Fluent in German (good English skills are an advantage)
- Competencies: Problem-solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work in a team
