THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
  • Develop and implement campaigns and initiatives that inform and engage employees in FIFA's Strategic Objectives and priorities and sustain an employee-centric culture,
  • Organise impactful employee events that actively support business needs and priorities, including town hall meetings, webinars, workshops, and networking opportunities,
  • Develop and maintain service-oriented partnerships with internal customers, building community and connection among employees to promote a shared purpose and passion,
  • Manage and coordinate FIFA's internal communication channels, including a dynamic intranet and related platforms,
  • Deliver and oversee an always-on editorial calendar, including news writing, content creation and publishing,
  • Build community and connection among employees, promoting a shared purpose and passion,
  • Manage the Engagement inbox, providing timely replies to senders.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar roles,
  • Proven track-record in initiating and rolling out campaigns and initiatives with an emphasis on employee engagement,
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work with high energy in a global environment,
  • Passionate about the beautiful game,
  • Digital champion with a keen eye for design, able to create engaging online content and campaigns,
  • Detail-oriented and experienced planning and delivering employee events, large and small,
  • Natural storyteller, who can communicate complex topics in simple, warm words,
  • Discrete, approachable, and service-oriented,
  • Previous experience in the football/sport industry desired,
  • Native or fluent English, written and spoken,
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or French, written and spoken, a plus,
  • Experience with content management systems, analytics tools and Microsoft Office 365,
  • Video and image editing skills, with strong understanding of design and branding principles,
  • Experience with Interact Software platform a plus.
