Our client is a strong and dynamic company in the hospitality business - with a growing presence around the world. We are looking for a Director Recruiting to join the Operational headquarter in Basel, Switzerland.
Your role
In the role as Director Recruiting , you will be responsible for the
design and implementation our client’s Recruiting strategy
definition of the Employer Branding strategy and the way on how the company is positioned within the global labour market
selection and management of a vast network of vendors
You will be
responsible for the implementation of the marketing/social media strategy and the definition and execution of channel strategy form a recruiting perspective
part of the HR Leadership Team and report to the senior Vice President Human Resources
leading a global team of approx. 20 recruiters
Your profile
Bachelor or Master in HR or Business Administration
Experience in global mass recruiting in the service industry; hospitality or cruise background preferred
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Sound software and analytical skills
Experience in leading several teams (up to 30 local and remote team members)
Excellent organizational and communicational skills (incl. public speaking)
Ability to work independently but yet a team player, service-oriented and guest & candidate focused
Positive personality and great people judgement
Open for new ideas, honest, critical, energetic and enthusiastic

Working location
Basel, Switzerland - travel within this position is up to 50 per cent worldwide.
