ROLE OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Transformation and Innovation Lead to lead digital transformation and innovation initiatives across enterprise and business unit level. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital strategy,analytics, commerce and innovation within the bio-pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that align with the company's objectives and enhance its market presence.
Keyaccountabilities
- Build the patient-centric model around patient journey to improve patient experience and service, deliver a one-stop, integrated, and patient-centric service for patients
- Explore DTx (Digital Therapeutics) opportunity based on Takeda product strategy, align with product life cycle relevant BU/functions to develop digital solution pipeline and portfolio.
- Lead & develop innovation strategy for growth and launch brands; implement strategic innovation and Digital Health strategy aligned with business requirement.
- Provide updated industry market information on innovation development, conduct best practice sharing to improve company innovation capabilities.
- Building and develop innovation network to engage global and local partner to provide innovative digital healthcare solutions.
- Works with key stakeholders to implement a digital go-to-market model for growth and launch products
- Ensures the interoperability of the enterprise level customer channel ecosystem, digital services and products within the different functional and business solution landscape.
- Support the leadership in building capability in the organization from process, people and technology perspectives to continue to drive adoption of Digital products and solutions
- Collaborate with other markets to leverage on the existing digital tools & explore possibility of localizing it
SKILLS and LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree must; MBA ( must)
- 8-10 years of total experience including 3-4 years of experience in, Digital Strategy, Innovation, Design Thinking, Customer experience, and Digital engagement
- Good understanding of Indian Healthcare market/Bio-pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Ability to develop and execute structured project plans
- Requirement for compliance to highest ethical standards
- Sound understanding of the use of digital and multi-channel routes of stakeholder engagement
