Digital Communications Consultant
Responsibilities
  • Conduct research, draft, test, and publish original content (text and visuals) for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Flickr, and TikTok.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of social media campaigns for upcoming events and reports.
  • Monitor social channel activity and manage the online community.
  • Develop design briefs, test and coordinate adjustments to delivered assets, and implement design elements as part of the organization's social media rebranding efforts.
Deliverables
  • An average of 20 social media posts per month, along with corresponding visuals in various/repurposed formats.
  • Daily monitoring of social media activities and responses related to the organization.
  • Delivery of a social media kit for each major event during the assignment.
  • Creation of an activity and/or performance report for campaigns conducted during the assignment.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Your skills

  • A university degree in marketing, communications, business, social sciences, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in external communications within a public or private sector organization, ideally in digital marketing and/or corporate social media management.
  • Proficiency in community management, social media content creation (both text and visuals), and evaluating social media performance through KPIs and analytics. Familiarity with best practices in social media creativity.
  • Native-level proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Exceptional creative writing abilities.
  • Strong research skills.
  • Ability to compile, organize, and present information effectively for both copywriting and report writing.
  • Proficiency in creating and editing visuals using tools like Photoshop, Canva, etc.
  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and within editorial and technical constraints.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships and working relationships in a multicultural environment, demonstrating sensitivity and respect for diversity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Hourly wage : 36.6 chf
