We are seeking a dynamic (Senior) Digital Business Process Manager to join our team. In this exciting role, you will lead the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes, transforming them into efficient digital workflows. You will oversee technology implementation across various platforms, ensuring seamless integration and leading implementation of digital process improvement projects. Tasks:
  • Process design & implementation: Analysis, design, and optimization of new & existing business processes before being transformed into a digital workflow
  • IT & business architecture: Create, lead and own functional and system architecture, as well managing customer journey's processes running across digital platforms
  • Technology implementation: By having thorough understanding of IT, cloud, and digital technologies oversee the implementation of digital workflows & solutions seamlessly across various business platforms. Implement best practices and standards for digital process management
  • Project management: Lead and manage digital process improvement projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work very closely with wider team, business, IT, vendors/partners to understand their needs and objectives, to drive process improvements
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure digital processes & platforms comply with industry standards/regulations and internal audit & compliance policies to maintain process quality and integrity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Past/proven experience in digital business process management, digital technologies, or a similar role
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of digital tools & platforms, cloud technologies, and native/non-native IT platforms
  • Proficiency in MS office, data analysis and performance metrics
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, German (nice to have)
