DevOps and Test Engineer (f/m/d/)

This appeals to you

  • Drive the software infrastructure and quality of a sophisticated multi-sensor mobile mapping device
  • Responsible for DevOps activities incl. build system, test automation, CI/CD, versioning and release management 
  • Ensure the long-term quality and acceptance of the sensor software by implementing integration, system and acceptance tests 
  • Close collaboration with various other disciplines (system, electronics, FPGA engineering, production, product management) 
  • Bring up and test embedded and computer systems 
  • Seek and use best practices and methodologies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the development process 

This is you

  • University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related 
  • Experienced in some of the following areas: e.g. Github, Cmake, Docker, Linux, static code analysis, Hardware-in-the-loop testing, testing frameworks (e.g. Robot Framework) 
  • Ideally experienced in software engineering, computer engineering, sensor technologies 
  • Modern software development experience (Python, clean code, agile, ...) is an asset 
  • Comfortable working with electronics hardware 
  • Enjoy learning new technologies and tools in the daily work 
  • Analytical thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive attitude and a hands-on mentality 
  • Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary and international team using English and German
