Our client, a reputable healthcare institution, is seeking a dedicated Deputy Head of IT/System Engineer to manage and optimize their IT operations. This position is critical, as IT is integral to all core processes within the healthcare environment.

Hauptaufgaben
- Ensure the seamless, secure, and cost-effective operation of IT systems.
- Implement the IT strategy in alignment with the organization's roadmap.
- Serve as the primary interface between business operations and IT.
- Provide 2nd level support for technical inquiries related to internal applications.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of work packages with specialist departments and external partners.
- Lead and support various IT projects.
- Advise stakeholders on IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain and develop existing .NET applications (C#).
Anforderungen
- Advanced education in ICT.
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure in a medium-sized organization (VMware ESXi, Horizon, HPE network).
- Experience in 2nd or 3rd level IT support.
- Strong analytical skills with a methodical and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences.
- Customer-focused, team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Windows Server.
- Proficiency in .NET application development(desirable).
- Familiarity with the healthcare environment is desirable.
- Experience with applications such as Orchestra, GE RIS/PACS, PRTG, and SonicWall is advantageous.
