Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented data entry professional with a passion for the world of sports? Our leading client is seeking for several skilled individuals to join their dynamic team and contribute to the accurate and efficient management of their data.
Transfer data to database systems (main systems used will be Salesforce Service Cloud and Oracle and our website) using keyboards
Type in data provided directly from customers and our retail partners.
Follow a process guide to update records and complete defined processes
Make decisions based on process guidelines and agreed parameters
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Update existing data
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Proven experience as data entry specialist
Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
Basic understanding of databases
Good command of English and one or more of German, French, Spanish, Italian, both oral and written
Customer service skills
Great attention to detail
High school degree or equivalent
