ain responsibilities

  • Assisting asset managers in their day-to-day work : transfers, credit cards, debit accounts…
  • Handling client queries in an independent manner by phone or chat
  • Other administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests

Required skills

  • Financial or Economic studies
  • First experience accepted
  • Fluent in English, other languages would be an asset
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • Good communication skills, teamwork and dynamic
  • IT literate, solid knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • Age: 20-30
