Job Opportunity: Country Manager – BESS Projects
Location: Berlin, Germany
Are you passionate about driving the energy transition? An Independent Power Producer (IPP) specialixing in integrating Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) into exisining Renewable Energy projects is seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead its operations in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage BESS project development and execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with local municipalities, DSOs, and TSOs
- Develop market strategies to secure new opportunities and ensure project success.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in renewable energy, preferably in solar or storage projects
- Strong knowledge of the German energy market and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
