Control Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your challenges
- Lead and maintain the global R2R control framework in collaboration with Sub-process Owners.
- Review and update financial reporting controls, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Drive process improvements and automation opportunities within the R2R framework.
- Collaborate with global teams to standardize and streamline financial controls.
- Act as a key advisor to the R2R Global Process Owner and R2R Compliance Lead.
- Support the deployment of the ARIC framework and provide training on internal control processes.
- Manage relationships with internal and external auditors to address any deficiencies.
Your skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in audit, finance, or accounting.
- Many years of experience in SOX/internal controls, internal audit, or risk assessment in the Record to Report process.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are a plus.
- Strong understanding of internal control methodologies, ideally in a US GAAP and SOX environment.
- Proficient in SAP/ERP (FSCM, S4-Hana, CFIN) and skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with automated controls and working with technology teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
