For Lonza AG in Basel, we are looking for an IT Consultant.
This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, governance, and service management, as well as strong analytical and a minimum of project management skills. The role will support multiple initiatives within the IT CoE Operations (Center of Excellence for Operations and Quality) and will report to the CoE Operations IT Strategy Lead.
Functie-eisen- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, consulting, or a related role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing IT technologies
- Must be business fluent in English & preferably also in German
- Strong manufacturing site experience
- Strong experience in management of IT/OT/infrastructure technologies for pharmaceutical manufacturing sites
- Experience with IT/OT operating models definitions and convergence
- Experience as application manager, system owner and solution architect
- Experience in global roles/consultancy roles in addition is preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulated environment, GxP, CSV and change control
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, governance, and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
- Project management experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and evolving IT landscapes
