Communications Coordinator
On behalf of our client, an international healthcare company based in Zurich, Swisslinx is looking for a Communications Coordinator. This is a contract for initially 6 months and the position reports to the Head of Communications, Global Quality, location Zurich.

- Start date: 30th of September 2024
- Duration: 6 months
- Workload: 100%
- Location: Zurich
- Hybrid work model (3 days per week on site)

Your mission:

- Support the GQ Communications department with communications operations & change management, as needed, on department's key initiatives.
- Support with managing online SharePoint channels: GQ SharePoint page, other intranet relevant pages, etc. on areas such as content update, design/ "look&feel," creation of new sites, trainings for other site owners for the purpose of maintaining own sites, etc.
- Support with creation of digital, video and print communications (as needed), leveraging AI tools as much as possible.
- Coordinate editorial calendar, and support with relevant events (e.g. Town Halls), as well as support with organizational aspects for the preparation of such events, as applicable (invites, agenda, compilation of presentations, follow up/feedback surveys, etc.).
- Support with production of the GQ Newsletter (content compilation, editorial management, distribution, analytics, etc.).
- Support with social media (scheduling, preparation of LI posts, analytics & metrics).
- Support with change management activities for key business transformation initiatives.

Your profile:

- Professional with minimum 5 years experience in communications, change management or related field
- Industry experience ideal, but not a must
- University degree in Communications or related field
- Excellent (native level) fluency/English language capability (written and verbal)
- Proficient with MS PowerPoint and SharePoint capabilities
- Comfortable with digital technologies for communications /e.g. gen AI
- Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment
- Attention to detail, good time management
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Ability to stay calm and composed to manage time sensitive topics
- Keen on working in a global role
