Communications Coordinator Pharma
Communications Coordinator vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your tasks:
- Assisting the GQ Communications department in executing communication operations and driving change management initiatives
- Overseeing and managing online SharePoint channels, including the GQ SharePoint page and other relevant intranet pages, ensuring content is current and engaging
- Contributing to the creation of digital, video, and print communications materials, utilizing AI tools to enhance content quality and efficiency
- Coordinating the editorial calendar and support the planning and execution of key communication events
- Assisting in the production and distribution of the GQ Newsletter, ensuring timely and effective communication across the organization
- Providing support in managing social media channels, driving engagement and brand visibility
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in communications, change management or related field
- Strong familiarity with digital communication technologies
- Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and SharePoint capabilities
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Communications or related field
- Language skills: English - fluent
