Commercial Operations Specialist (German)
Commercial Operations Specialist for our Zurich based client in the telecommunication sector.
Your tasks:
- Ensuring accurate generation of the initial service invoice by cross-checking ordered services and pricing
- Providing input for the development of processes related to daily operations
- Take overing of incoming customer requests respecting the defined SLA or customer wish dates
- Planning smaller projects and sub-projects in the according business areas
- Ensuring communication to all commercially and technically involved employees
- Overseeing order validation, service entry, and billing initiation for completed services
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Operations Specialist or in a similar position
- Strong understanding or interest in the fields of telecommunications and computer science
- High service orientation with a solid background in direct customer contact
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as with CRM and ERP systems
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Language skills: English and German - fluent in written and spoken, French or Italian would be a plus
