Client Experience Planner
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Global Business Development Director to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in proposing and selling complex, highly personalized treatment programs and therapies to UHNWI clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships and opportunities to drive growth and enhance the global market presence of our luxury treatment centre.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Evaluate potential markets and partnerships to expand company reach and influence
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with high-end healthcare providers, luxury brands, and relevant entities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and affiliates to maximize collaboration and growth
  • Oversee the development and execution of joint ventures, collaborations, and other strategic initiatives
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams, including corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and new market segments
  • Innovate business models and service offerings to drive revenue growth and enhance market competitiveness
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure business development initiatives meet established financial targets
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and reputation through strategic initiatives
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between the Business Development team and other departments such as Marketing, Client Relations, and Continuing Care
You are/have 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in luxury, healthcare, private banking, or hospitality sectors
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (such as French or German) is a plus
  • Proven track record of securing strategic partnerships and driving growth
  • Extensive network within the luxury market and high-net-worth clientele
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and business development tools
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland
