Mercer’s Health & Benefits Consulting team is seeking a passionate, energetic and creative bilingual Client Enablement Specialist to support our sales, account management and communication activities with clients.

What can you expect?
As a Client Enablement Specialist, you will support the client facing teams with many activities including,hosting client meetings, presentation creation for Sales and Account Managers, conduct simple client presentations, creation of communication assets using templates provided and working with vendors to help support Sales and Account Managers with their clients. You will support each of the various team members on the team to create a clear and cohesive message throughout the client journey.
For example, you will support the Sales team with collateral for sales pitches, you will support the Account management team with the creation of assets to support platform launch and events and its delivery to users of our platform via digital means. You will work on simple sales opportunities, follow up on leads and work to build the Digital Health portfolio.

As the Client Enablement Specialist within Mercer’s Digital Health team, you will work with the team to support client initiatives led by members of our Digital Health team. This role is an exciting opportunity to utilize your creativity, communication skills and innovative thinking to drive growth and satisfaction with our Digital Health platform and solutions. The key role objectives and activities are:
- Collaborative with Sales to support the creation of sales pitch decks, sales collateral and assets to enable the closing of new sales opportunities.
- Partner with the Account Management and Implementation teams to support with launches, the development of ongoing materials to support challenges, coordinating and organizing employee sessions and other miscellaneous events happening with our clients.
- Work with vendors on behalf of Sales team and Account Management to support with client specific information
- Develop and use digital campaign tools to send employee communications and track its success.
- Work with the operations team in building communications through the use of templates and InDesign.
- Support future reiteration of our programs through the collection and analysis of data and metrics.
- Attend and host specific client meetings and functions, both virtually and onsite.
What you need to have:
- BA/BS degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in a B2C communications role
- Fluent in both English and French Canadian is required
- Proven experience in supporting sales and account management with client collateral and presentations
- Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite for images in Photoshop, illustrations in Illustrator and artwork in InDesign
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines accordingly
- Ability to build and create materials necessary to succeed based on the various audiences one might encounter
- Ability to travel and host client onsite sessions if necessary approximately 15% of time
