In this job as a Claims Manager, you will act as the key point of contact for Sickness and Accident insurance cases that will focus around KTG and the UVG. Fluent German is required and French/English is highly beneficial.
Job Responsibilities
In this job as a Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for a full range of case management tasks including but not limited to working on UVG and KTG cases as well as coordinating with third parties, recourse experts, other specialists and medical examiners.
To apply for this Claims Specialist Job you should have/be:
• Prior experience within the Swiss personal insurance industry is a must, preferably working with Sickness or Accident cases
• Proven experience dealing with cases involving the UVG and/or KTG
• Experience working with system support processes and IT applications
• The ability to work independently in a structured format while still maintaining flexibility
• Fluent German is required and French and English is highly beneficial
