As part of our expansion and in view of our forthcoming move to Châtel-Saint-Denis, we are looking for a dynamic and visionary COO (Chief Operations Officer) to join our management team. This key position offers a unique opportunity to play a central role in the development and implementation of our operational strategy, and to lead our company to new heights of growth and excellence.

Our vertically integrated model, which enables us to develop, produce, package and market our products under the CELLCOSMET and CELLMEN brands, offers this unique role in Switzerland.

The primary mission of the Chief Operating Officer is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with the organization's strategic goals set by the CEO and board of directors.

• Operational Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize our international production and distribution processes.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee purchasing, inventory management and operational planning to guarantee product availability.
• Customer Service & Export: Ensure optimum customer satisfaction, organize shipments and set up an international logistics structure, including 3PLs, for B2B and B2C.
• Production & Packaging: Optimize the use of human resources and machinery to maintain high production capacity.
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO standards 9'001, 22'716, 14'001 and guarantee the impeccable quality of our products, and prepare the company for new certifications such as B Corp.

• An inspirational leader with a strong ability to align operations with the company's strategic objectives.
• Solid experience in supply chain management, cosmetics production, and logistics (B2B and B2C global).
• Proven ability to lead teams towards operational excellence.
• A rigorous approach to quality and compliance.
• A taste for working in an international environment.
• Fluent in French and English, other languages a plus
