Job Description

Au sein du département Consumer Insight, nous accompagnons nos clients dans leurs réflexions marketing et catégorielle et menons des études permettant de comprendre le parcours d'achat, de la prise de conscience du besoin à l’acte d’achat, ainsi que dans l’utilisation des produits / service et leur adéquation quant aux besoins des consommateurs.

Nous réalisons également des études d’usages et attitudes et segmentations afin d’accompagner nos clients dans la compréhension de leurs cibles stratégiques et les moyens les plus pertinents pour les adresser.

Missions :

Dans ce contexte, le chargé d’études accompagne ses clients et intervient sur l’ensemble des étapes des études marketing quantitatives sur des problématiques variées.

• Participe à la réunion de lancement / discussion sur les enjeux avec les clients
• Coordonne / Participe à la coordination de l’étude du début à la fin du projet
• Participe à la rédaction du questionnaire
• Met en place l’étude avec les équipes en interne
• Suit la réalisation du terrain
• Valide et met en forme les résultats recueillis
• Analyse et interprète les résultats
• Participe à la présentation orale des résultats pour le client

Profil et compétences recherchées

Bac+4/5 minimum en marketing/statistique (Ecole de commerce/Université) et première expérience dans les études (stage ou 1er emploi) dans les études qualitatives ou quantiatives, idéalement adhoc.

Anglais opérationnel (Oral et écrit) - évalué par un test (cas pratique)

Grande rigueur et goût pour les chiffres

Goût pour le marketing

Capacité d’analyse

Pack Office (notamment Excel et Powerpoint) - évalué par un test (cas pratique)
