With your product and process expertise and knowledge, you will define, maintain and optimize ancillary services along the entire value chain, create business requirements for developments and serve as a contact person for various interfaces to achieve commercial goals and customer satisfaction.
- Define, optimize, and monitor standards and processes for flight-related ancillary products with the Category Manager.
- Convert ideas into structured business opportunities to meet commercial goals.
- Prepare specifications, business plans, and financial calculations for ancillary products, identifying business potential.
- Participate in projects and support the rollout of ancillary services with delivery and experience teams.
- Document and maintain product knowledge, continuously training on relevant developments.
- Ensure alignment with Category Management standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with delivery units, manage interfaces, and advocate for ancillary services.
- Respond to market changes and provide insights for portfolio management, leveraging customer data

- University degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related field, or equivalent long-term experience
- Experience in product management, E-commerce, retail, revenue management, and project management; aviation experience with ancillary services is a plus
- Methodical and structured work approach
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Strong communication skills in German/English and experience in international settings
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Customer-centric mindset with deep understanding of customer needs
- Adaptability to dynamic environments
- Team player with ability to inspire and motivate collaboration
- Proficient in spoken and written English; German is an advantage
