CAPEX Project Manager (Packaging)
Proclinical is currently recruiting a dedicated and innovative CAPEX Project Manager for Assembly & Packaging. Responsibilities:
- Oversee secondary and tertiary packaging processes and requirements.
- Ensure packaging lines and materials meet industry standards and regulations.
- Manage the assembly of devices, focusing on quality and efficiency.
- Set up operational processes and systems for smooth project execution.
- Validate serialization processes and computer systems to meet regulatory requirements.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong team player with a focus on fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience in managing and implementing change control processes and strategies.
- Proficiency in using document management systems for efficient organization and retrieval of project documentation.
- Skilled in contract management, including drafting, negotiation, and execution.
- Comfortable escalating issues to senior management for quick decision-making and problem resolution.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and other relevant project management applications.
