Business Support Administrator (FTC)
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract
The Business Support Administrator is primarily responsible for the Management of all Managed Service Providers & Outsourced Vendors for Certain Maintenance & Calibration Activities with the Engineering Department. This position is also responsible for the Vendor Managed Inventory Program for QC & BDS Operations. The Position will also be responsible for assisting with the creation & generation of all Engineering Related Purchase Orders.
- Maintain all contractor records through the relevant Systems.
Maintain all Managed Service Provider contracts & Purchase Orders.
Maintain tracker for all Vendor related costs through the budget cycle.
Handle the VMI program on behalf of BDS & QC Labs.
Attend Weekly / Bi-weekly VMI Meetings.
Develop issue and maintain key performance metrics for the Engineering Department.
Act as a subject matter expert for all Engineering Purchase Orders.
Maintaining & reporting of all weekly / monthly required KPI’s.
Provide support to all Engineering groups as the need arises.
Development of annual Vendor Service Level Agreements.
Working with Quality to ensure all required Quality Agreements are in place with Vendors.
Collaborating closely with Planner / End-User to ensure scheduled activities have been completed, SLA /
CMMS etc.
Assist with Accruals queries monthly.
Setting up new vendors in line with AVL / ASL Requirements.
Quality System point of contact for all Engineering SNOC’s & SME for ECMS Quality System.
Degree / Diploma or Technical certification in a related field is required.
Min 2-3 years, exposure in Maintenance, Facilities or General Engineering Knowledge
2-4 years’ experience working within a cGMP commercial manufacturing environment.
Must be knowledgeable of the regulatory and GMP requirements for maintenance activities, Instrumentation and calibration.
Prior experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
