- Business Process and Data Analysis:
Support with a systematic approach of business processes analysis across the organization, identifying potential inefficiencies that can be addressed through hyperautomation tools. - Requirement & Specification Management:
Establish and maintain robust requirement and specification management practices, ensuring that checklists are performed and defined standards are kept. - Drive Delivery of Automation Solutions:
Work closely with IT business partners and development teams to deliver automation solutions. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with various business partners and their business areas to understand potentials and develop value cases. Promote a mindset of continuous improvement using intelligent automation tools.
- Educational and Professional Background:
Proven experience in delivering digital, hyper-, intelligent automation solutions preferably with good experience on the specific needs of a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. - Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of tools and technologies (AI, ML, RPA, Integration platforms etc.). Proficiency in data analysis and process modeling tools (BPMN etc.). - Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data. Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. - Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking:
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions. - Adaptability and Continuous Learning:
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and business environments. Eagerness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest trends in hyper automation and related fields.
The Architecture and Application Management Team
- The Architecture and Application Management Team is grouped into 4 areas Enterprise Architecture, SAP Enterprise Platform, Enterprise Integration Platform and Intelligent Automation
- The team is embedded into the corporate business applications department which Is part of Octapharma's Information Technology Unit.
- Architecture and Application Management team works primarily with IT business partners and application teams operating and developing integrated enterprise level solutions.
- The team consists of 9 members, and you report to the lead of Architecture and Application management.
