Business development intern in an e-motor Tech Startup

We are seeking a driven and innovative Business development intern to join our team in Zurich, dedicated to identifying the best niche market for our company to grow our axial flux motors business by building customer relationships. This position is ideal for someone passionate about sustainable transportation and eager to contribute to spreading the latest generation of electric motor technology. As an integral member of our team, you will be involved in the entire life cycle of our specialized axial flux motors, from initial design to prototyping, testing, production, and validation on our customers’ vehicles.

The Impact:

Our team is driving the transformation of electric motor technology. With your passion and our expertise in the development of electric machines, we aim to spread our axial flux motor technology. These electric motors are not only more efficient but also more compact and cost-effective. This will significantly contribute to the advancement and accessibility of electric vehicles worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Business Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to expand our market presence.
• Client Relations: Support in building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

About You:

• You have a huge drive and passion to work in a dynamic startup environment
• You are self driven and you like pursuing difficult goals, relentlessly
• Passionate about technology, innovations in electric vehicle technology, and sustainable transportation.
• You are currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, MTEC or a related field.
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• You must be an EU/EFTA citizen or have a valid work permit in Switzerland

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Understanding of the electric vehicle industry and market trends.
• Strong brainstorming and presentation skills.
