In this role you work closely with various business stakeholders, PMO and IT and you are reporting directly to the Head of Business Analysis.

YOUR TASKS

• Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvements, and develop and implement solutions in close collaboration with various stakeholders, based on their strategic input.
• Ensure the global harmonization of the process landscape, covering all aspects of business development.
• Conduct meetings and workshops, perform requirements analysis, translate business needs into IT specifications, and effectively communicate requirements and results in cross-functional teams.
• Organize and conduct tests of newly developed functionalities and train and support users.
• Manage a diverse array of tasks and be prepared to step into the role of a versatile business analyst when needed.
• Occasionally supervise junior team members.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Natural Science, or a similar field.
• A minimum of three years of experience as a business analyst in consulting, industrial manufacturing, chemicals, or a similar sector.
• Preferably in-depth experience in developing target operating models, process optimization and business transformation, as well as project planning and delivery experience.
• Strong IT skills, advanced proficiency in MS Office, and ideally experience with visualization tools (Power BI or others).
• Strong analytical skills as well as attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with precise verbal and written expression.
• Willingness to grow and go the extra mile and ability to work independently.
• Keen interest in learning about a unique industry and novel processes.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
