Business Analysts focus on business process engineering and enhancing tools from external system providers used by all Customer Commercial Offer teams in LHG. You will work in close collaboration with the IT departments and the Business units (Capacity Steering) spread throughout Europe.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve the existing steering solutions in close co-operation with IT and different LH Group business units while ensuring group-wide solutions
- Plan, coordinate and steer projects and initiatives supporting the LHG Customer Commercial Offer roadmap
- Requirement management including clarification, prioritization and definition towards IT and external suppliers
- Participate in large and complex Business and IT projects
- Drive risk management for the respective applications
- Carry out system administration, testing and support incl. creation of global test concepts and trainings
- Constantly develop current knowledge and actively seek to understand new technological trends

- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent through experience
- Curious to analyze and challenge existing system behaviors and seek continuous improvements
- Revenue Management experience is an asset
- Experience in system administration, requirements engineering and/or project management is a strong asset
- Solid IT literacy, especially MS Office and SQL is required. Literacy in UNIX, R, Python is an asset
- Strong interpersonal & intercultural, presentation and communication skills
- Strong conceptual capabilities
- Self-organized work attitude and excellent time-management skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
