Business Analyst -Trading and Risk Platform (Front Arena is a plus) - This is a long term contract opportunity to join a globally operating Basel based company in the Banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Analysing and designing business processes around the treasury applications
- Translating business requirements into business and technical specifications, employing best industry practices
- Advising and participating in the development of test plans for business applications and their execution
- Coordinating and supporting business area acceptance testing for Trading Application projects
- Interacting with IT groups for systems design, integration, standards and change management
- Overseeing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and within scope
Your experience/knowledge:
- Professional experience as a Business Analysist, with at least 2 years of supporting business applications in a banking environment
- Solid knowledge of electronic trading solutions, including FIS Cross-Asset Trading and Risk Platform
- Demonstrated skills in analysing business needs and challenges, including extracting data into accurate and concise requirements gathering and documentation
- Familiarity with full trade transaction lifecycle, focusing on Front Office processes
- Academic degree in information management, computer science, finance or related fields is a plus
- Language skills: English
